Routine

An Easy Daily Skincare Routine

A good daily routine takes five minutes, not fifty. Morning: rinse or cleanse, apply a vitamin serum, moisturize, then sunscreen. That is the whole order, and the order matters because thin formulas go first.

Evening: remove sunscreen and makeup with a first cleanse, wash again, then apply one treatment, such as a peptide or retinoid, followed by moisturizer. One active at a time keeps irritation away.

Keep the routine somewhere you will actually follow it. Products lined up by the sink beat a perfect regimen in a drawer, and consistency for a month will outperform any single miracle ingredient.
