Products and advice

Our skincare guidance, quiz results and blog articles are general information, not medical diagnosis. If you have a persistent or worrying skin condition, please see a dermatologist in person.

Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars. We aim to keep stock accurate; if an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you promptly with a refund or replacement. Orders over $48 include a free sample while stocks last.

Shipping and returns

Orders placed before noon ship the same business day. Unopened products can be returned within 30 days for a full refund; if a formula does not suit your skin, contact us and we will make it right.
